Nixon is interested in long-term internal changes rather than creating short-term behavior modification of a child and watching him or her return to previous behaviors in a short time. The only way for a child to retain what they are learning and live it is to have them find value in it, he said.

Dean Nixon has 18 years of experience working with both adults and teens in the treatment industry, including Western Youth, SunHawk Academy and Eagle Ranch Academy.
